First Aid To Go

First aid is important when you travel. Develop your own, have what is best for you, sick or injured is no fun. Keep in mind your own personal needs and lifestyle.
Super Glue is a must.

My Viet Nam experience and my travels, taught me to use that person's first aid on them and do not use mine on them, I may need it.

It is nice to have a big stash first aid kit along with how to use it and instructions, this will make you a useful person in an emergency. Most of the needed items have a long shelf life.

    I did come across a websitehttp://www.gotoaid.com/. It’s has all information on first aid emergencies. It has information on Human emergencies and even for pets like cat or dog. Hope it help you guys too.
