I don't want to play

We have serious health issues in our family in which the health care system (medical) is set up for sick care, which caused us to take bankruptcy and made it necessary for us to make big changes in our life style. We have choose not to accept government assistance (Medicare, medicaid, or others). We are taking control and the responsibility of our own health and do not want the government to tell us how and what options we need to stay healthy. The government shown me they are incapable of preforming such an important task.

I am at the age for social security and have elected not to apply. I can not accept money from our government with a clear conscience (I believe it to be immoral) knowing my country is in financial adversity, even though we have spent a lifetime putting money in. Our government has proven it is not financial responsible for itself, so I refuse to take any responsibility in its financial down fall. What would my children and grandchildren think of me? I will not be bought off by a few bucks a month. Wrong is wrong, I have been fighting the system my whole adult life, so no one can say I played any part of the down fall of our great nation.

I have done nothing but contribute to the greatness of the United States, home and/or abroad.

Our choice not to accept government funds or assistance (opt out) is an example of our faith and beliefs in, family, friends, and ourselves. God Bless all of our soles and God's Nation, the United States of America. God has given us as individuals all we need to prosper and be fruitful, what we do with this power is our choice.
